The Full Cycle Food Program had been an organic expansion of the Hot Lunch program based in Crawford Bay School. The growth and interest of this program included a fenced garden, additional food storage equipment, and increased food production. A consultant was engaged to work with a small group to better understand future needs and growth alternatives. Following individual and group based input and analysis an extensive document summarizing the process and detailing future options was produced. The entire process spanned five months.
